Our concept

A regularly changing à l’ardoise menu, with fresh, homemade products on your plate. Our cuisine is what we call “sharing”.

The restaurant’s star attraction is our Texan Barbecue, which enables us to cook meat very slowly, adding a distinctive smoky flavor not necessarily found in traditional grilling.

The Menu changes, but its composition remains the same :

  • Starters to share (or not!)

  • Choice of meat according to your preferences,

  • Choice of side dishes to suit your taste,
