Our concept
A frequently changing chalkboard menu, featuring fresh ingredients, as local as possible, and homemade dishes. We offer a cuisine that we qualify as ‘sharing’.
The star of the restaurant: our Texas Barbecue, which allows us to cook the meat at low temperatures while giving it a unique smoky flavor that is not always found in traditional grilling.

The Menu changes, but its composition remains the same :
Starters
Choice of meat according to your preferences,
Choice of side dishes to share (or not!)
Choice of desserts, ice creams or local cheese.
What makes our menu unique is that we separate the meat from the side dishes. There are served separately, allowing them to be placed in the center of the table and be shared!
This concept also offers the possibility to choose from the starters and side dishes to make your own vegetarian dish.
